Omnific Properties, LLC was founded in 2018 to manage a portfolio of properties collected by private investors. These properties range from commercial or residential to agricultural or historic. Omnific Properties has evolved to meet the diverse array of needs these varied property types require.
By focusing on quality design and sustainable land use management, we reduce the consumption of non-renewable resources, minimize waste, and create healthy productive environments.

HALEY BUILDING PRESERVATION
Greenville, South Carolina
2018
Once a service station for Model-T Fords, the Haley Building Preservation restored its historical façade and ensures its presence and economic contribution to Greenville's Historic West End well into the future. The Haley Building boasts over 15,000 sqft. of newly renovated commercial, retail, and office space on bustling S. Main Street, just steps from Falls Park, Fluor Field, the Peace Center, and so much more.
FAIRVIEW ON MAIN

Ruark Thomas
Co-Founder and CEO
As a lifelong passion, Ruark brings his exceptional design aesthetics and ability to each of our projects. Having studied Architecture and Design at the University of North Carolina Charlotte & Central Piedmont Community College, Ruark excels at design with a purpose. Years of experience in Visuals at the Limited Co. and commercial set-work in ad production are married with his commercial and residential property management experience to bring a unique perspective into his insightful design work.
Nicholas Nesbit
Co-Founder and COO
Nicholas taps into an extensive operational management background to turn ideas into reality. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, he holds a BS in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Administration. Our company prospers from his work in tourism and hospitality and his project management, product development, logistics, and sourcing experience to create and deliver desirable products for our clients. Nicholas also spearheads our Marketing and PR Departments, using his design skills in-house.
